ISPA, or “Improvise, Scavenge, Protect, Adapt”, a program spearheaded by Nike Sportswear's special projects aims to improve the interaction with the built environment, rather than looking for the next sprint record. Their first ISPA branded product has now arrived in form of the Nike REACT LW WR Mid ISPA, a mid-top sneaker that features a deconstructed water-resistant bootie, that takes its inspiration from waterproof ACG hiking technology, atop Nike REACT 87 tooling. Stylistically we see a double Swoosh, heel tags and straps on the sides which provide extra stability.
